I am a fiber artist and educator, specializing in three-dimensional weaving, natural dyes, shibori, and papermaking. I have travelled the world round to deepen my knowledge of traditional dying and weaving techniques (to, among others, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Guatemala, Bolivia). At home and abroad, I have expanded my knowledge and skills through participation in scores of workshops lead by internationally recognized fiber artists, experts and educators from Belgium, France, Spain, Hungary, Nigeria, Mali, Senegal, United States and Japan.
